‌Steve is originally from New Jersey relocating to Florida to attend University of Florida and has continued to make Florida his home all his adult life. This has made Steve very knowledgeable of the local market trends, residential, luxurious properties, and

the hidden gems in the surrounding area.

‌Prior to opening his own Brokerage, Steve has run his own commodities company along with serving as Planning and Zoning Commissioner in Cape Coral, FL enabling him to understand zoning and permitting extensively.

‌Steve also has comprehensive knowledge of the commercial market serving as the President of Jacksonville Commercial Investment Council.

‌Steve has learned over the years in real estate that experience cannot be purchased, it must be earned.

‌In Steve’s free time he enjoys travel, trying new restaurants for great food and wine, along with spending time with his family and grandkids.
