She does this simply by applying her diversified professional experiences. As a business professional, some of her previous positions began in her hometown of Miami, which included owning a successful retail/manufacturing business, she also had her own art school and worked as an artist creating handmade clay sculptures.
After many successful years in business and with the thought of retirement in mind, Janet and her husband decided it was time to begin a new chapter in their lives and relocated to Central Florida. However, that thought didn’t last long, as their need to stay active quickly became apparent. She decided to switched hats and began a real estate career in 2006, specializing in luxury home sales, new construction projects and other various aspects of commercial real estate as an investor, with some property management rounding out her experiences thus far in the real estate industry.
